Shipping policy

We aim to ship you order the next working day and have it delivered to the customer in 2-5 working days.  

We take great care in ensuring that all orders are shipped using tracked delivery services to provide our customers with reliable shipping updates. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the package transfers to the courier, and we are unable to compensate for lost or misplaced deliveries. Customers are encouraged to monitor their tracking information and contact the courier directly for any delivery issues. While we are happy to assist in providing tracking details, we cannot be held liable for lost shipments beyond our control.
